Rimacalib Morpholine D8 is the deuterized form of Rimacalib (R505015), which is a inhibitor of CaMKII, inhibits VEGF expression in human acute monocytic leukemia cell and SF macrophage obtained from patient with rheumatoid arthritis. This effect may contribute to the anti-arthritic effects of Rimacalib. Also, it is derived from (S)-Flurbiprofen (F598735), which is the S-isomer of Flurbiprofen (F598700), an anti-inflammatory used as an analgesic.
